Coronavirus disease 2019 (CoViD-19) is an infectious disease which is caused by the virus identified as Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2).
Bexhill Cosmetic Clinic has taken multiple steps to reduce the risk to our clients during this pandemic. We have set in place a very stringent infection control policy and applied it thoroughly. We believe that the risk of becoming infected in our clinic is very low.
We are, however, unable to completely eliminate the risk to our clients of contracting SARS-CoV-2. Should a client become infected with SARS-CoV-2 the consequences could range from no symptoms (but infectiousness) to severe disease and even death.
It is the responsibility of the client to know the risks involved in having treatment at this time and to be informed in order to make a decision regarding having treatment.
Bexhill Cosmetic Clinic Ltd will not accept responsibility or liability if the client chooses to go ahead with treatment, knowing the risk, and contracts SARS-CoV-2. However, as stated previously, Bexhill Cosmetic Clinic Ltd will do everything in our power to reduce the risk substantially.
